If you have received a product which is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described” Just inform us by calling us at +91 9606071227 or by sending a mail to email@example.com mentioning your order ID, an attached image of the invoice, and the reason for return.
Once we have received your request, one of our team members will get in touch with you to further understand the issue and will process the request for a refund.
Note: In order to process a return, the product cannot be used, and must be in its original packaging. It must also be in its original condition as received.
Our return policy also covers manufacturing defects that render the product unusable at the time of delivery.
Please note: Several of our products are hand-crafted, and minor to significant variations in size, colour or finish might occur. These are not covered under the return policy.
In all cases, the decision on whether to process the refund rests with Craftizen Foundation.
